1. Email Invite
This is a quick user guide for the Employee (Reviewee) in completeing their performance review online.
Please note the illustrations below demonstrate the usage on a mobile phone, however the reviews can be performed on any web capable device.
Click on the hyperlink in the email invite to start your performance review online.
If your email is in plain text you will need to copy and paste the URL into the address bar in a browser manually.
2. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
If the link is still within the allowed date and has not been revoked you will be presented immediately with your performance review to complete.
Any problems at this stage, a new invite will need to be created.
The first screen presents you with a list of KPIs to score yourself on.
Work your way down the list ranking your opinion of achievement using the slider below each one.
To move the slider you may click on the desired rank item (eg. click on 'Exceptional'), or click on the up and down buttons at either end of the scale, or drag the arrow on the slider. You can also make comments under each KPI if desired.
There are 'Save' buttons at the top and at the bottom. These will save your responses and continue with the review process.
If your review has a Question & Answer section in it; those will be presented next, otherwise the review finishes with the opportunity to provide feedback.
3. Questions & Answers (Q & A)
If your reviewer has set questions in your performance review, following the KPI section you will be presented with these questions and have the opportunity to respond. (If they have not you will only see the final feedback space.)
Below each question is a mulit-line free text area for your answers.
Once again there are 'Save' buttons at both top and bottom of the section. Either will save your responses and move you on to the submit page.
The 'Back' button returns you to the KPI section.
'Optional feedback' is a space for you to add any comments pertaining to your review in general. It is a free-text box for you to provide any additional text you want to be considered.
4. Submit
Following the KPI screen and Q & A (if applicable) you now have the opportunity to submit your review.
By submitting your performance review is closed off and cannot be re-opened. Your reviewer is also notified by email that this has occurred.
The review may be opened and your answers modified and saved as many times as desired until the review is Submitted or the invite period has expired.
